死別初期の頃のひとに対応するとき
注意をしたほうがよいと思われる点について
お話したいと思います。
まずはそのまえに死別体験されたかたの対処行動を
挙げてみたいと思います。
１ 亡くなったひとについて話すことを避ける。
２ 仕事や学業に邁進する。
３ 現実を忘れる手段として、薬物、飲酒、飲食などにおぼれる。
４ 死亡の細部にこだわる。
５ 家を売るとか、引っ越す、あるいはあらたな関係に加わるなどといった
重大な決断を下す。
６ 罪責感ないしはその救済のためのはけ口として、祈りを志す。
７ 孤独と絶望からの救いのために、他の人々との接触を求める。
これらの対処行動は極端でなく慎重に用いられているのならば、
適応的なものですが、過剰にもちいられると混乱と病的悲観に至ることがあります。
明日はこれらの注意点についてもう少し詳しくお話したいと思います。
